The Classic Reproduction (CR) series of violins are crafted by Fiddlover's luthiers based on the parameter information of renowned instruments. Not only are they replicas, but also a continuation and enhancement of tradition, which is our greatest characteristic, making each violin unique.

  • Top: Alps spruce 15 years
  • Back: Bosnian maple 15 years
  • Headstock: Bosnian maple 15 years old
  • Ribs: Bosnian maple 15 years
  • Varinsh: Italian handmade, pure oil varnish/ vegetable oil, 40 layers/90 days to completed
  • Bass bar/Sound post: From top
  • Strings: Austrian Thomastik Infeld Vienna Vision VI100
  • Bridge: French Aubert
  • Craftsmanship: Italian traditional Purfling First technique, independently handmade by master luthiers.

The fine violin undergoes professional setup and 11-point inspection before being shipped.

Purchasing the violin also comes with a high-quality case, which is professionally packaged to ensure safe transportation.

The CR7002 violin is only one, what you see is what you get. The product pictures and videos are taken in real life without any modifications, but due to device differences, there may be slight color variations (the actual violin is even more beautiful).

Taking care of your violin will effectively extend its lifespan. First wipe the rosin from the violin, bow, string with a polishing cloth (included in most of our outfits) after each play, then place the violin in a case to protect the violin.
Then, pay attention to the humidity and temperature of the environment you are in. The ideal humidity is around 40%, and you need a humidifier when it is dry in winter and dehumidifier when it is wet in summer. Please don’t leave the instrument in the car or outdoors for a long time, the damage to the violin in extreme environments is irreversible. We've seen many violinists leave their violin in a hot car in the summer, and then the paint all melts, irreversible damage to the violin. Read more:Routine care and maintenance of violins and bows.
