Orders & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All our orders are made-to-order to ensure the best quality. Typically, we ship within 3 days and provide a tracking number. Shipping usually takes 3–9 business days. During peak seasons or extreme weather, delivery may take longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your tracking number is provided, you can track your order on the carrier’s website or on our website at the bottom of the page under Order Tracking
What are your shipping fees?
We offer free shipping for orders over $50. However, remote regions may incur an additional $50–$100 shipping fee (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Kagoshima, Okinawa). Oversized instruments like cellos and basses also require extra shipping fees.
Who pays customs duties?
We cover customs fees, so customers will not bear any extra charges. However, sometimes customer cooperation is needed for customs clearance.
How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
We offer an 18-month warranty for any product quality issues.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please contact us immediately at service@fiddlover.com. We will handle the issue and ensure you incur no loss.
Can I return or exchange my instrument? What is the process?
You may return or exchange your instrument within 30 days if you are not satisfied. Contact service@fiddlover.com
before returning the item, and please ensure the product is in its original condition.
Will the product match the description?
We guarantee our products match the descriptions. Due to differences in devices/screens, slight variations in color or sound may occur.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, installment payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Why haven’t I received my refund yet?
Refunds are processed within one week after we receive your returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank, but usually take just a few days.
Are there any fees for returns or refunds?
No fees are charged. For returns not related to product quality, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
How do I use, assemble, or set up the instrument?
All instruments are tuned and adjusted at 11 points before shipping, unless otherwise noted. They are ready to play right out of the box.
Can I modify my shipping address or order details?
Orders can be modified before shipment. Once shipped, modifications are not possible as logistics are complex.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before shipment. After shipment, cancellations are not possible.
Beginner & Parent Guidance
How do I choose the right size for my child’s instrument?
We provide size guidance on each product page. You can also check our guide here: Instrument Size Guide
What’s the difference between cheaper and more expensive instruments?
The cost mainly comes from two factors: materials and craftsmanship. Expensive instruments use higher-quality wood, which produces better sound, and require more experienced makers.
I’m unsure how much to spend on an instrument.
If you plan to study long-term, we strongly recommend purchasing the best instrument within your budget. If you’re just trying it out, a cheaper instrument is fine.
I’ve never bought an instrument online. What should I do?
