Welcome to Fiddlover Violin Shop!
We are a handmade string instrument shop, offering violins, violas, cellos, double basses, bows, cases, and accessories. Our online store allows us to connect directly with customers worldwide, providing factory-priced products crafted with exquisite workmanship.

If you are not familiar with online shopping, please read our Shopping Guide, which is divided into the following stages: Shopping → Payment → Tracking → After-Sales.

1. Shopping

Browse the homepage to find product categories and items you are interested in. Click on a product to view detailed information.

2. Add to Cart & Buy It Now

For products you like, you have two options:

• Add to Cart – Adds your favorite products to the shopping cart. You can continue browsing and add more items. When finished, open the shopping cart (top shopping bag icon or the hidden right-side bar) to check out all items at once.

• Buy It Now – Purchase your chosen products immediately. You can pay directly with PayPal, or select More Payment Options to use a credit card or other payment methods.

Notice: On the shopping cart page or after selecting More Payment Options, you will see the Order Summary at the top of the page.

3. Payment Methods

• PayPal: Supports payments via PayPal balance, bank account, PayPal Credit, debit/credit cards, or rewards balance.

• Credit Card: Enter the required information and click Pay.

• Payment Failure: If your payment fails, check if your balance is sufficient or try another credit card. Please note that Inductive Payment is not supported due to credit card system restrictions.

4. Tracking

You can track your order using our online store’s tracking feature or contact us for assistance. Learn more in our Shipping Policy.

5. After-Sales

Orders placed through our online store are protected by PayPal, credit card providers, and Shopify to ensure the safety of your funds and orders. Refunds will be returned using the same method of payment; delivery may take some time, so please be patient. For details, see our Return Policy.
