Violin Online Shopping Guide

Welcome to Fiddlover violin shop, we are a handmade violin shop, we built our own online shop to directly face consumers all over the world, provide factory-priced products on the basis of exquisite craftsmanship. If you are not familiar with the process of online shopping, please read the following shopping guide, the stages are divided into pre-shopping-->shopping-->payment-->tracking-->after-sale.

Shopping. Find the product categories and products you are interested in on the homepage of the website, click to view product details.

Add to cart& Buy it now. For the items you like, you can choose to add them to the shopping cart or buy them directly. The “Add To Cart button” is to add your favorite products to the shopping cart, you can continue to view other products, and after you have finished shopping, open the shopping cart (the shopping bag button at the top of the website, and the hidden bar on the right), you can check out all at once; The “Buy It Now button” is you can purchase your favorite products directly. You can use PayPal to purchase directly, or you can choose More Payment Options to choose a credit card or other methods to purchase.

Notice. On the shopping cart page, and after selecting More Payment Options, there is a show order summary at the top of the page, where you can enter the discount code to get the discount (if there is a discount code)

Payment methods:

1. PayPal. PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, a bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards, and rewards balance.
2. Credit Card. After selecting credit card payment, enter the necessary information and click Pay.
3. Payment failure. If you encounter a payment failure, please check if the balance is sufficient, or change a credit card. Due to the credit card payment system, we don’t support Inductive payment, please understand.

Tracking: You can use the order tracking on our online shop to check your courier information, or contact us. Learn more about our shipping policy.

After-sales: Orders placed in our online store will be supervised by paypal, credit card center, and shopify, to ensure the safety of funds and orders. Refunds will be returned in the same way, and there may be a delay in arrival, please understand. Learn more about our return policy.
