The B221 is ideal for players looking to upgrade their cello, made with premium sandalwood and male horsehair.

As the shield carvings show, this Fiddlover cello bow provides a sense of security and stable sound wherever you play. Crafted from sandalwood, a wood highly suitable for bow making, it offers ideal hardness, resists sideways bending, and delivers excellent sound conductivity. The hair is made from evenly distributed, strong horse tail hair, making this a mid-level wooden cello bow.

Bow Care Guide

Proper care helps maintain your bow's performance and extends its lifespan.

After Playing

Always loosen the bow hair after each playing session and wipe rosin dust from the stick with a soft cloth. Avoid touching the bow hair with your fingers, as natural oils can affect its grip on the strings.

Storage

Store the bow in its case when not in use. Never leave the bow tightened for long periods, and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, excessive heat, cold, or humidity.

Rehairing

Bow hair naturally wears over time. If the hair becomes dirty, worn, or loses its grip on the strings, have it replaced by a qualified luthier. Rehairing frequency depends on playing habits and usage.

Professional Maintenance

Regular inspections by a qualified luthier can help keep your bow in optimal playing condition and identify potential issues before they become serious.
