If you’re looking for a carbon fiber cello bow, the B219 is your top choice. Crafted with over 60 years of generational bow-making experience, it combines expert craftsmanship with premium materials for unparalleled quality and performance.

The bow features a classic carbon fiber design, made from carefully selected high-quality carbon fiber. The frog is real ebony inlaid with fish-eye shells, and the bow hair is sourced from Mongolian male horsehair, offering pure, clean color and excellent elasticity.

Light yet strong, the B219 resists sideways bending, is not easily broken, and performs reliably regardless of humidity or temperature. Additional features include an eco-friendly rubber grip for comfort and an alloy wire wrapping that resists oxidation. The ebony frog with Parisian eye adds the finishing touch of elegance and precision.

Bow Care Guide

Proper care helps maintain your bow's performance and extends its lifespan.

After Playing

Always loosen the bow hair after each playing session and wipe rosin dust from the stick with a soft cloth. Avoid touching the bow hair with your fingers, as natural oils can affect its grip on the strings.

Storage

Store the bow in its case when not in use. Never leave the bow tightened for long periods, and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, excessive heat, cold, or humidity.

Rehairing

Bow hair naturally wears over time. If the hair becomes dirty, worn, or loses its grip on the strings, have it replaced by a qualified luthier. Rehairing frequency depends on playing habits and usage.

Professional Maintenance

Regular inspections by a qualified luthier can help keep your bow in optimal playing condition and identify potential issues before they become serious.
