I bought this beginner violin for my daughter.
I also asked the Fiddlover shop to tune the violin before shipping, and they did just that, and it arrived on time.
As soon as my daughter started to play, the G string broke.
I then took it to a local music store to get it fixed up with the spare string set, and the spare G string broke as well.
So I emailed the Fiddlover shop about the unfortunate string problem, and I spoke to a lovely worker named Aurora.
They responded quickly with a solution and sent a set of top quality D'addrio beginner strings.

This violin is beautiful, well-crafted, defect free. The ebony pegs are easy to use, and the fine tuners work very well. The brand new quality bow is with plenty horsehair, right elasticity and stiffness, do not forget to feed it some rosin before starting! After a quick setup my daughter started playing with it. The sound feels clear and balanced, perfect for practice. Loved gift.
